Wynmoor is a gated community located in coconut creek, Florida in a very strategic area that is right next to the Florida’s turnpike Highway and just 5 minutes from the interstate I-95. This is a 55 + community with over 5 thousand condominium units spread over 13 beautiful villages with 90 % of the buildings having 4 floors. One of the eye-catching features of wynmoor is the landscaping with beautiful spotless green areas combined with trees and smalls lakes across the villages, making the entire space feel like a luxurious resort. Residents enjoy a low-maintenance fees when comparing with 55 + communities around the area.

Since I live in wynmoor, I can experience firsthand how well taking care this community is and I can assure that maintenance-fee is well worth. The golf course is truly the focal point of life in wynmoor.

Wynmoor also offer shuttles buses to takes its residents to appointment in the neighborhood. This village was built in 1978 and has maintaining a pristine and positive reputation of being a n excellent place to live and, because of that, wynmoor condos have maintained its price value at the top of the chart, which makes this community not only ideal to live in, but also a great investment.

Group Exercise

Wynmoor’s Recreation Department offers a variety of weekly exercise classes taught by certified fitness instructors. Fitness program consists of Aerobics, Toning, Balance, and many other classes. Fitness Exercise Classes are free to all Wynmoor Residents.

Main Pool

The Main Pool area includes a Jacuzzi and Walking Pool. On a Sunday afternoon enjoy complimentary music with friends and family.

THE WYNMOOR COUNTRY CLUB COMPLEX AMENITIES ARE AVAILABLE.

The Wynmoor Country Club is home to several of the classrooms for the art forms offered to Wynmoor residents. At the Country Club, you will find the Stained-Glass Studio, the Wood Shop, Glass Kiln Studio, Ceramics Studio, Painting Studio, and Stone/Clay Sculpture Studio. The Country Club also features a Library, two Card Rooms, a huge Pool and Billiards Room, the Lecture Hall (175-fixed seat room with stage), and three Ballrooms, which open into one large Grand Ballroom, for a variety of events and functions. The ballrooms are available for rent by our residents. Residents can reserve rooms in the official wynmoor’s website.

Grounds Maintenance

The Grounds Maintenance Department consists of five (5) separate divisions that perform, or provide contracts to perform, all necessary work to maintain and improve the grounds of Council and Association properties. The services provided by these divisions are outlined below.

LANDSCAPE DIVISION
Responsible for the maintenance of lawns, shrubs, hedges and beds as well as the applications of fertilization and pest control products for the health of lawns and landscaping. This includes treatment for ant and insect activity occurring in the lawns, plant beds, parking lots and pool decks. (Any ant or insect activity occurring within the building’s units or catwalk areas should be reported to Building Maintenance at 954.978.2640)

TREE DIVISION
Responsible for the maintenance of all trees and palms. The tree division follows International Society of Arboriculture guidelines and all City, County and Federal laws governing tree maintenance, removal, and replacement. Associations requiring tree work should contact the Grounds office for consultation and contract preparation.

 

IRRIGATION DIVISION
Pursuant to Wynmoor’s Management Agreeement, this division repairs and maintains all Council and Association irrigation systems. Association services covered by this agreement include system inspections and troubleshooting and the repair of any components damaged by Grounds or Building

 

NURSERY DIVISION
Designs and installs landscape beds and hedges for Council and Association properties. Available for on-site consultation for Associations by appointment through the Grounds office. Upon request, contracts for Association beautification work are prepared and submitted for board approval.

 

Maintenance activities. Other system modifications and component upgrades or repairs are executed by contract only.

The picturesque City of Coconut Creek is located in Broward County, South Florida, nestled between Miami-Dade and Palm Beach Counties.
